Our own motors!

These coreless motors offer around 5 times the torque of traditional iron core motors (such as Sagami/Mashima), at very low current draw.  That means you can use a motor that is physically smaller than usual with an ‘N’ gauge decoder.

Originally specified for the W, they will fit into all small tank engines and are suitable for larger locomotives too.
